• All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 DAYS  from original date of purchase. Some refurbished products carry a 90 day Return policy. 
• Please note: all LCD TV's and (unlocked) Cell Phones are not returnable to cleeb products, Inc. The manufacturer's warranty covers all claims.
• Also note: Brand new video games and Game Cononsoles are not returnable once opened (Please consult manufacturer for repair or replacement)
• Refurbished Game Consoles carry a 30 day warrenty only.
• Please note: Cleeb Products Inc does not pay for return shipment costs, nor are shipping costs refunded.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns. And Will be Subtracted before your refund is sent. 
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate ' return shipping address'.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• You may Sign In and select Return Status to obtain the current status of your return.
• You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our customer service Return Authorization process before attempting to return product.
• To get an RA number please e-mail or call customer service. An RA (Return Authorization) number will be provided to put on the package for return.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
• RA numbers are valid for 14 days.            
• This return policy is applicable to all products with the exception of cell phones and cell phone accessories.  We have NO RETURN policy on cell phones and cell phone accessories.We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section.
•  Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy: Olevia brand TVs - are covered by Manufacturer's warranty. New Olevia TVs come with one year Manufacturer's warranty, serviced at Customer's location. Reconditioned Olevia TVs come with 90 days Manufacturer's warranty, serviced direct with the manufacturer.
•  You need to register with Olevia within one month of the purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer.
• If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns"; section.Items may be returned only with prior authorization.All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Cleeb Products has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.  In this case, Member must contact Cleeb Products to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up. 
•  Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable.  Cleeb Products  must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.
• Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  Merchandise must be in the unused condition only. 
• Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
• Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic  item replacment will be sent out. If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be send to the Member at their expense. 
•  All reimbursements are done in the form of a check, put back  on credit card or replaced with new items. Customers may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 20% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
• 14. Miscellaneous: All products sold from Cleeb Products Inc. are brand new unless description states otherwise. Photo images and OEM #'s are only for reference unless otherwise stated. Products on our site with a part number ending -R , (R) or the word Refurb next to the model number are Factory-reconditioned. Factory-reconditioned products maintain high quality standards. Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, reconditioned goods have a very low 2% rate of return, as opposed to 4% with new. The price you pay for a reconditioned item is much lower than at retail.

  All ribbon orders will rounded up to the next full box without exception.
